An estimate is a starting point
The estimator uses rates extracted from the existing Garage IQ calculator. The amount is an indicative guide, not a binding quotation or offer. The rates, VAT treatment, scope, condition of the property and current availability must be confirmed by Garage IQ.
What needs confirming
The base-rate specification, roof allowances, garage-door infill, structural works, professional and building-control fees, finishes, service upgrades and any optional extras need a written scope. Selected bespoke items are not added to the guide price. An optional contingency is your own planning allowance and does not cap the final cost.
Images and examples
Images labelled as concepts are AI-generated illustrations of possible spaces. They do not document completed Garage IQ projects or promise an identical result. Customer quotations are attributed to the existing company website.
Agreeing to work
Using this estimator or making an enquiry does not book construction work. Any project requires a separate written quotation and agreement. Read Garage IQ’s existing service terms and confirm the applicable contract, payment stages, cancellation rights and warranties with the team before accepting work.
